*All credit cards must be on file to book an appointment and it will not be charged unless  the appointment is missed.

*All missed appointments will be charged $40

*All deposits are $40

*THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND.

*if you reschedule one time before the 24 hour notice that is fine but after the second reschedule we have a $40 charge for the slot being held and someone else who possibly might of wanted that time could not do it due to you hogging the schedule. i love you all but i cannot loose money off of your unsureness or busy life. 

*There will be no disrespecting staff calling them names or creating an environment that is toxic and dangerous. 

*Kids are permitted in the shop if that is a problem for you then we understand and maybe this platform isn't for you; because we are community salon, and respect all situations. To eliminate noise issues we ask that you book an appointment so that you are not walking in waiting. 

* Please sign all contracts before service or the stylist or contour specialist will not provide service. All contours all certified and all stylist have completed 1000 hours cosmetology courses at a licensed school. 

*any services that had to be altered during a service because of the hair not taking to a product or style properly will be signed on paper and discussed with customer. We don't have an issue with changing the plan because it could be necessary but we want everyone on the same page. We don't do the blame game and do believe a customer is always correct but things happen and we would like to keep that motto going with clarity.  

*We do not Body Contour Minors! 18- and up to perform non-invasive. 

*Hair clients there is no age limit Services may be performed even with parental consent. 

*We take all forms of payment from cash app, zell, venmo, or invoice from our website or squared. 

*(LETS TALK LATENESS) We allow 15 min for our clients to be late any other time requires rescheduling with an deposit and you will be charged for appointment being missed which will be $40. 

All clients must confirm appointments by 8 pm the night before the appointment. If you do not our system will cancel and charge you $40 for appointment. 

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. if you cancel the day of your charged $40.

Body contouring treatments package guidelines:

if you have a package and you consistently miss your session you will not get for full results. Again the terms results may vary apply to this. If you don't put in the work then you will get half results. 

If you follow the meal plan and workout guidelines you will have great results. 

Payment plans: we do a payment plan that required 50% to be paid in full before service. Credit card must be on file for this to be completed. 

********Sick guidelines*********

If there is an emergency and you must cancel because of covid virus with doctors note then we will wave the $40 last min cancel fee we need you to get better and not get us sick. 

Again doctors note required to not be charged the $40 fee.
